Employment Opportunities GHWS is seeking motivated & talented individuals with a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. GHWS is a branch of the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut and for over 30 years has provided outdoor/adventure programming and leadership development for Upward Bound Programs, College Orientations, Middle Schools and High Schools in the tri-state area, and Educational Opportunity Programs serving at-risk youth. Spend your summer in Western Connecticut teaching backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing, and leadership skills to students from CT, MA, and NY.
